Tips Diet Cepat Dan Cemerlang

Assalammualaikum,


Anda ingin berdiet?

Tapi tak tahu bagaimana caranya?

Hah. Kebetulan nak sangat kongsi tips diet cemerlang ini dari Dr. Romley Walawey aka Dr D.




Tips Diet Cepat Dan Cemerlang :

1. Gunakan pinggan bewarna putih. Kerana putih itu suci.

2. Ambil lauk yang bewarna-warni di setiap pinggan putih yang anda ambil. (sayur-sayuran) Bagi meransang adrenalin anda makan dalam keadaan happy.

3. Minum air sebelum makan. Jangan makan selang-seli dengan minuman. Pantang nenek moyang aku.

4. Mengambil minuman panas selepas makan seperti teh panas. Kerana aku yakin teh dapat mengawal metabolisma dalam badan selepas makan. (sumber : Universiti Parkinson)

5. Kurangkan makanan berunsurkan kabohidrat. Ambil lebih protein.

6. Elakkan mengambil makan malam selepas pukul 7pm. Sebab kan makanan berat seperti ayam, daging, sotong kurita, udang-udang lambat nak hadam. Kalau tak silap ayam ambil masa 4-5jam untuk hadam. Kalau tak sempat hadam ianya akan menjadi lemak dalam badan hangpa. Oh kalau tak silap.

7. Berfikiran positif selalu. Cuba bayangkan kalau kita stress, makanan yang kita cari dulu. Ye dak?

8. Jangan makan sambil mengadap tv mahupun laptop. Sebab sedang asyik kita mengadap hiburan kita tak berapa sedar yang kita dah terlebih menyuap dalam badan.

9. Elakkan mengambil alkohol. (Itu semua orang tahu)

10. Em em apa lagi ek? Ulang balik baca dari no 1-9.

saya tak minum air before makan. lepas bberapa minit habis makan baru minum. selama ni fikir minum air before makan buat buncit. hahaha
